Can 'Philosophy Education for Children (P4c)' Practices Be Done in Primary Schools? A Qualitative Research on Teachers in Primary Schools

The purpose of this research is to determine the views teachers working in primary schools on philosophy education for children (P4C). For purpose, study was based phenomenology pattern, which included qualitative studies. It has benefited from "purposive sampling" technique, determined accordance with and method research. Since certain criteria are taken into account during creation sample group research, criterion sampling strategy will be used as strategy. Semi-structured interview, one data collection tools, collect questions (6) interview form were prepared by researcher given field experts (2), branch (2) classroom brought a state where they could applied line feedback received. obtained analyzed content analysis findings results reached. According school stated that students can do philosophy. thought enable develop their critical thinking skills, mental questioning skills respect different ideas. However, another result about whether have philosophize.
